National Outdoors Leadership School (NOLS) is the leading outdoor leadership school. We have been around since 1980 and offer more than 40 courses from beginner to advanced. We are located in Boulder, Colorado, and accept students from all over the world. Our mission is to educate people about the outdoors through experiential learning.

Outdoor Leadership Development Program for Men

The National Outdoor Leadership School created the Outdoor Leadership Development Program for Men (OLDM). This program offers courses that teach students how to camp, hike, and survive in the wild.
