Being a passionate dancer, Pari Goenka, a Class 10 student of Mallya Aditi International School in Yelahanka, converts her passion right into a social motive via Nrityotsava, a dance showcase by kids scheduled on July 5 at Adarangamandira Auditorium, Kumbaragundi. Nrityotsava is being organized beneath ‘Revisiting Dance,’ a social initiative by WGoenka that specializes in reviving historical Indian dance bureaucracy.
“It is said that lots of our traditional art paperwork isn’t getting enough support, and the current technology knows little about it. We ought to know how deeply this art paperwork, like Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, etc., is rooted in our tradition. I am doing my exceptional to preserve them,” stated Pari. The event will feature folks’ dance paperwork like Ghumar, using kids guided by numerous classical dance authorities.
Under Revisiting Dance, Goenka also objectives to help kids from underprivileged families showcase their talent. “For the last few years, I’ve been related to Colours of Life, an NGO that presents refuge and schooling to one hundred fifty kids of migrant people from in and across the metropolis.
